Claims Chelsea ‘are doing business with Porto’ after Telles links

Things appear to be getting very interesting in the Alex Telles to Chelsea rumours.

This week Portuguese publication A Bola have been reporting that Chelsea have contacted Porto regarding signing the left back, and today they claim that he has rejected a new contract offer from the club, and is interested in moving to Chelsea.

Since he has just one-year remaining on his contract with Porto come the summer, it is said that they are now ready to cash in on the Brazilian international rather than let him go on a free next summer.

Interestingly enough, Sports Lawyer Gregory Ioannidis has tweeted this afternoon that Chelsea are doing business with Porto, suggesting that a deal for Telles could happen. Unless of course there are any surprise other deals going on but that is highly unlikely.

Telles is said to be available for £20 million this summer and Chelsea would be wise to get the deal agreed now, like they did with Hakim Ziyech.
