Chelsea fans were in absolute bits when they say Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Callum Hudson-Odoi starting last night against Brighton in the Premier League.
It was the culmination of years of hope on our part, and hard work on theirs.
The fact that Callum got a great assist, and Ruben a superb goal, just made it feel even more special.
Sky of course wanted them as interview subjects after the game, and they oblige with a typically disarming and modest conversation where they discuss how happy they are to finally be making the breakthrough at the Bridge.
Let’s hope there are many more games for them both to come together at Chelsea. At this rate, we could really be building something special.
