Chelsea are ahead at Stamford Bridge!
It was a speculative effort from Cole Palmer after a bad Newcastle clearance, and it looked to be heading wide, but Nicolas Jackson got a flick of his heel into it, and that directed it past Martin Dubravka.
That’s his 9th Premier League goal of the season. It’s not exactly Erling Haaland, but if he keeps up this same rate to the end of the season he’ll end up with a respectable total.

How about a little more lavish praise for the cleverness of Jackson’s touch! That’s a top quality goal and yet you give Palmer (whose shot was not going in by the way) nearly all the credit.
