Personally, I believe Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting is a great option, and this is a player who certainly knows where the net is and can be described as a prolific goalscorer, which is exactly what Chelsea need to add to their squad.
And according to Record in Portugal, as seen below, Chelsea are currently the strongest possibility to sign Gyokeres this summer!
