There have been some claims made that Tottenham’s new signing would walk into Chelsea’s team right now.
The Blues have been struggling, that’s for sure, but this is some wild claim in my opinion.

Chelsea need to add a proven goalscorer and an all round number 9, Timo Werner is not that guy.
Werner has just joined Tottenham on a 6-month loan deal until the end if this season, a move that surprised many Chelsea fans.
Werner was quite liked by some Chelsea fans, although perhaps not all of them. But he was also very frustrating to watch in front of goal, missing many chances. And seeing as missing clearcut chances is one of Chelsea’s biggest problems right now, I’m not sure this claim from pundit Jamie O’Hara below holds much weight to it!

Having said that, I do think Werner will do quite well at Spurs this season, and he certainly knows the league.
