Chelsea have reportedly made an €85m offer to sign a striker this month who has already bagged 20 goals in 24 appearances for his team this season.
As you will know, The Blues have been on the hunt for a new striker this month and have been linked with a host of names.

One of those names is Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting, and that is who they have thrown the offer in for this week, according to Record in Portugal.
You can see from their front page report below though, that the club have rejected this offer and apparently they want the €100m release clause in full. It also says there could be a new offer arriving from Chelsea before the end of the window.

Gyokeres had previously said he hopes to finish the season together but that he would leave it up to the club to decide.
