“My understanding” – Fabrizio Romano speaks on big Chelsea transfer decision

With everything bad going on on the pitch for Chelsea right now, we also have to still think about the next transfer window that is now super close to opening up.

The club are a right old mess at the moment, but I am sure they will still be looking to buy and sell players in the next window, that opens in January.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea turn attentions to Victor Osimhen and Ivan Toney alternative!

One player who needs to be discussed is winger Noni Madueke, who has seemingly fallen right out of favour at Chelsea under Mauricio Pochettino this season.

He has also suffered with a couple of small injuries of late but even still, it just doesn’t look like Pochettino fancies him for whatever the reason may be.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed the latest information he has got on Madueke, and it looks like he is on the long list of players that they need to have internal discussions about very soon.

Romano written in his latest CaughtOffside Daily Briefing column:

“My understanding is it’s (Madueke) one of the situations Chelsea will discuss in the next 2-3 weeks.

“Nothing has been decided yet for Madueke, but obviously he’s not playing as much as he’d love to. He’s also been injured and this is a topic to consider, so internal talks will take place soon to try to resolve things, for sure.”
