Tonight we got what we all wanted. A win, Christopher Nkunku’s competitive debut, and a glimpse of future star Kendry Paez in the stands.
The attacking midfielder had flown in from Ecuador in the last 24 hours to meet the squad and have his first visit to Stamford Bridge. It was a good game to be at.
Nizaar Kinsella found a nice picture of the teen taking some photos of the atmosphere with a big grin on his face.
He will train with us this week, and who knows, he might even stick around to watch a few more games given how much fun he had today.
