Supercomputer predicts gloomy chance of top four for Chelsea this season

Whether you’re into these kind of things or not, the supercomputer has a pretty gloomy prediction for Chelsea this season, at least in terms of their top four chances.

To be honest, I don’t even think there are many Chelsea fans who truly believe that top four four is achievable this season, especially after the dodgy start in the first four matches.

Sources: Chelsea creating relationship with Ivan Toney in similar way they did to land Moises Caicedo!

And neither does Opta’s supercomputer. The Daily Mail have all the stats from it and it’s not great reading if you think Chelsea will finish in a top four place this season.

Opta’s supercomputer initially gave Chelsea a 16 percent likelihood of finishing in the top four. But after their slow start, the supercomputer says they have a 1.1 percent chance.

To put that into perspective, Chelsea have a 0.9 per cent chance to get relegated this season according to the supercomputer.

Personally I think top 6 is achievable and that is what we might want to set our expectations for this season.
