The stories are really building up now suggesting Chelsea are about to make a move to sign a Championship midfielder this summer.
As we know, the midfield area is the main pressing position that Chelsea want to add to in the remainder of this transfer window, with a move to sign Brighton’s Moises Caicedo ongoing and still in the pipeline.
That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who put his latest tweet on it out last night. But in that tweet, you will also see the noise about Tyler Adams from Leeds United, who were relegated from the Premier League to the Championship last season.

But it’s not just Romano on this story, The Daily Mail are also reporting that Chelsea are set to make a move to sign Adams, who has a £20m relegation release clause that can now be triggered by clubs.
With the noise growing on this, it might be one to really keep an eye on.
