Chelsea have been trying to sell Lukaku all summer but have not had any solid suitors. There was talk about him going back to Inter Milan but that broke down, and then rumours began regarding Juventus and a potential swap deal that would have seen Dusan Vlahovic arrive at Stamford Bridge. But that has since to transpire.
Could Lukaku now stay in the Premier League and replace Harry Kane at Tottenham!?
