Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Santos forward Deivid Washington, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The young Santos striker is going to join the Blues after a €20m bid was accepted by his club in the last few hours.

The plan seems to be to send him to Strasbourg, along with Angelo Gabriel and some of our other young South American talents. It’s quite the library of teenage stars we’re building up now. We hope there’s someone keeping tabs on them all.
The 18 year old is still in the early stages of his career, but like the other targets we’ve brought in this summer, he’s a top talent and clearly the scouts and transfer team reckon he’s ready for a European move now.
We just wish the same success in terms of getting deals done was taking place with our first team, where gaping holes remain.
Still – Strasbourg must be delighted.
