Chelsea are in for a very busy transfer window this summer, with the window opening now right around the corner a little later this month.
Outgoings appears to be the focus right now, but attentions will soon turn towards more new arrivals, despite the fact they have spent close to £600m on new players in the last couple of transfer windows.

One position they do need to figure out once again is the striker position. Chelsea still lack a true number 9, and it looks like even Romelu Lukaku wants to remain at Inter Milan.
Former Chelsea captain Frank Leboeuf believes Chelsea should be trying to sign Fulham striker Aleksander Mitrovic, and I also think that’s a great shout.
Writing in his latest exclusive and extensive Chelsea FC column for Si & Dan Talk Chelsea today, Leboeuf said: “We need a striker, and I think we need someone like Aleksandar Mitrovic from Fulham. Mitrovic has the real mentality, he would move the dressing room. I think Mitrovic has a similar personality to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, he can be that type of guy, he has the mentality of winner. I like solders. Those guys never never blink, they never let go, they always face up to it. I love it. He’s done very well for Fulham and he wouldn’t need to move that far away to join Chelsea!”

Mitrovic would certainly be one of the more cheaper options linked with Chelsea right now, and one who would come with Premier League and general football experience, which is something Chelsea really need and lack right now.
