A former Chelsea player has had his say on one of the big debates around Chelsea right now.
As you will know, The Blues signed Joao Felix on loan from Atletico Madrid in January, but they do not have any option to buy him this summer. This means that if they want to sign him permanently, they will have to negotiate a fee with Atletico and agree to sign him.

It has been an ongoing debate amongst Chelsea fans whether they should sign Felix or not, with everyone having differing views on it.
Former Chelsea player and captain Frank Leboeuf has had his say on it, in comments cited below, and he says that he would sign Felix as long as the club can move some other players on.
Frank Leboeuf: “Joao Felix is a great player. I think he's the most dangerous player, the most entertaining player, the most artistic player at #Chelsea right now. He's been pretty consistent too, almost every game he creates something.” (ESPN) pic.twitter.com/l30s1YiPWj

Frank Leboeuf: “Hopefully #Chelsea will be able to sell a few players – maybe Christian Pulisic and Mason Mount – and can then get Felix on a permanent. It would be a lot of money, that's the only worry for the owners. But in terms of a football player, I would sign Felix” (ESPN) pic.twitter.com/ccsgAXkEua

Personally I think Felix is a great player as well, but it might be wise for Chelsea to just wait until the summer before they make a final decision on this.
