We’re midway through February, but Chelsea’s winter spend was so hectic that we’re still talking about new signings in Graham Potter’s press conference.
The man in question was Andrey Santos, the Brazilian talent who is now training with the first team squad but has yet to pick up a work permit. To us, Potter’s answer on what would happen with him made it sound more than ever like the 18 year old will be going on loan initially. But if he gets his work permit, he will be sticking around.
