Chelsea are in advanced talks and negotiations to sign Kendry Paez from Independiente del Valle, reports Fabrizio Romano.
Despite just being 15 years old and ineligible to officially join Chelsea’s men’s team until he is 18 years old, Chelsea feel like they had to get ahead of the competition and secure his services.
Paez is the latest superstar youngster to attract interest from around the globe with many big teams reportedly interested in a deal but just like Andrey Santos, it seems Chelsea have got there first.
There is no fee released at this stage. Paez is an attacking midfielder known for his excellent dribbling.
