Chelsea have reportedly made a new offer to sign Benfica midfielder Enzo Fernandez, according to reports this morning.
The saga looks like it continues as The Blues have put up an offer that includes €100m+players, according to Record in Portugal, as seen below on their front page today.

However, they also say that Benfica President Rui Costa stays resolute and maintains Enzo will only leave for the release clause. Real Madrid and Barcelona are now attentive to the situation.
