“Done deal” – Two top sources say Chelsea have agreed €100m fee with Shakhtar for Mudryk

Not long ago we reported on the reported talks between Chelsea and Shakhtar Donetsk taking place today over the future of Mykhailo Mudryk.

Just an hour later we’re getting major updates from top insiders like Fabrizio Romano and David Ornstein insisting that a deal is done – at least with the club.

Romano says that Chelsea have agreed a €100m fee, and are now “pushing” to get a contract agreed with Mudryk himself.

Ornstein has a slightly different story – it’s a €70m fee with €30m in add ons, and he thinks a 7 year contract has been agreed with the player – who is coming to London to do his medical.

He closes by saying it’s “not signed yet” but that it’s a “done deal.”

It’s been a sensational January already in terms of transfers for Chelsea – this would take things to the next level without doubt.

Still – are there any midfielders out there who might be interested in joining?
