Chelsea have already been very busy this month, as they also were in the summer. The club’s new owners are showing huge ambitions to build a top class squad to get them back challenging at the very top once again.
January is usually a quieter month for most clubs, but Chelsea are an exception to that rule, and things are not expected to be any quieter for them in this final week of the window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
As you’ll see from the tweet below, Romano has told Caught Offside today that he expects Chelsea and Barcelona to be the two clubs to watch towards the end of the transfer window!
