Chelsea have been looking to sign a few players recently that have appeared close, but has yet to come off.
One of those is Dinamo Moscow midfielder, Arsen Zakharyan.

The 19-year-old was the subject of Chelsea interest in the summer and at one point, it looked like he was set to join. Chelsea’s interest has seemingly not gone away though and they could still look to pull it off.
There were a few issues at the time that got in the way of Chelsea being able to sign the young playmaker, but according to his agent, a move could still happen.
As reported by A Stamford Bridge Too Far, Zakharyan’s agent Pavel Andreev said: “There remains a possibility of a transfer of Arsen Zakharyan to Chelsea.”
This will give Chelsea some hope that they might be able to work something out for the January transfer window next month, or even in the summer if they cannot get something sorted out.
Zakharyan looks like a huge talent and I’m sure Chelsea will push if they can.
