(Video): Mason Mount “likes to play lots of games” according to his coach

Graham Potter was asked to break down his side’s awful defeat to Arsenal in the press conference after the game today, and one of the questions was on his use of Mason Mount.

The midfielder was anonymous today, and there were questions to Potter about whether it had been wise to play him for a full game in midweek too.

Potter batted away those concerns, saying that the midfielder “likes to play lots of games” to “get in a rhythm.”

We’re sure that’s true – but that doesn’t mean he has to play EVERY game…
