January is now fast approaching us, and there are expected to be some pretty big deals that could still go down despite it being notoriously quieter than the summer transfer window usually.
Chelsea though, still have many tasks on their list to do and they could actually still be very busy in the winter transfer window, especially with a new manager to back in Graham Potter.
More assessments will be made between now and January, but players such as Trevoh Chalobah are weighing up their futures due to a lack of game time.
As mentioned in his latest tweet and video below, Fabrizio Romano says that Chalobah could leave Chelsea in January and is hoping to play more than he is playing right now.
I can genuinely see him leaving in January on loan, he needs to play and at Chelsea, he is going to be behind Wesley Fofana and Cesar Azpilicueta right now.
Trevoh Chalobah could leave Chelsea in January. He's still hoping to play more – and that's why Chalobah could leave if nothing changes. 🔵 #CFC
RB Leipzig, Inter and AC Milan were interested in the summer but then Chelsea decided to keep him.

lukaku and chaloba as well as even warner is expected to be back because I can see their in the field.
Werner was sold, no way is he coming back
Chalobah is currently losing playing time to Azpi…but should he be? I don’t blame him a bit if he seeks more playing time elsewhere, however, I think this is a case where the club need to think about which guy is the future (and it certainly isn’t Azpi). As great as he’s been over the years, Cesar has been slipping of late. Why not give Chalobah more minutes and use the wily veteran as mentor and 3rd-choice cover?
