Anthony Taylor was not a popular figure among Chelsea fans before today – and he certainly isn’t now.
Even Thomas Tuchel has jumped on the bandwagon, having previously not wanted to pick out specific referees in other press conferences.
In his presser after the game Tuchel pointed to several inconsistencies in the referee’s game that he had had issues with. He noted the tactical fouls that Tottenham were pulling off, as well as the decisions that lead to both Spurs goals.
