The Wesley Fofana transfer saga has become one of those sagas as it continues to drag.

He says that there is an agreement in principle between Chelsea and Wesley Fofana on personal terms. He wants to go to Chelsea, he’s been clear with the board and manager and wants to join as soon as possible. Chelsea will try with another bid in the next days and have a feeling that they can do it.
