Dermot Gallagher has been on Sky’s Ref Watch this morning to point out that Cristian Romero should have been sent off for pulling Marc Cucurella’s hair in the final moments of the game.
Well, you don’t need an ex ref to tell you that, really.
The red card matters, even though it’s the last minute, because it affects Tottenham’s selection for the next 3 games. Their best defender should be banned.
But more importantly, Tottenham wouldn’t have had that final corner to score from, and we’d be three points ahead of them in the table.

2 poor decisions.What makes me laugh is the linesmen missed a blatant last touch by a spurs player,over ruled by ref,but apparently linesmen can see hair line offsides at a distance.I thought the refs were going to review more often ! Also when was the last time a free kick was moved forward ?
officiating personnel must be held accountable for their misjudgments, just like the players for their misbehavior.

We always know dermot to support ref decision but he couldn’t with this because it’s obvious, something need to be done about Taylor and Chelsea matches and mike dean should be punished

How could you spoiled such a good game with bad officiating
First it was spurs players constantly fowling Chelsea players.
Bentacur made 3 fouls on Chelsea notably the kai foul if Taylor was in his right sense bentacur was supposed to card in one of those numerous occasions Taylor didn’t do anything so that gave bentacur a free license to foul at will

If the English FA stands for the ruleof law, ethics and sanctity of of the pitch, then, it needs to look at the foul that was committed by Bentacur against Mac Cucurella. Review this action and previous actions Mr. Anthony Taylor has taken against Chelsea, denying their win.
This continuous misjudge of actions on the pitch against Chelsea Mr. Taylor has the propensity to fuel unnecessary tension , frustration, disorderliness and further degenerate the integrity of the football.
Furthermore, the interference of the play by Richardlison, also needs to be investigated. If he has not interfered, the ball wouldn’t have resulted into goal. If Mr. Taylor has shown yellow or red card to Bentacur, Tottenham wouldn’t have scored the late equalizer.
You see, all these misjudge resulted into Chelsea disadvantaged Chelsea chance of winning the game.
Before the game, all predictions were against Chelsea, a clear indication that the game was already premeditated and it alluded to match fixing.
VAR too, didn’t do well. The VAR is to assist the referee make the right decision on the pitch without injury to either side. The question is why VAR was silent on these actions by Bentacur and Richardlison?

This Anthony Taylor is just an unprofessional referee and a disgrace to this beautiful game. His handling of games especially Chelsea’s games always lead pundits to question the essence of VAR, goal line tech. and other errors elimination technology. FIFA should on-the-spot replace referees whose willful and unethical refereeing invite violence on the pitch.
Taylor as the center referee and Webb in the VAR was a planned game by the FA to humiliate Chelsea.
