Sevilla set to sell Jules Kounde to Barcelona for ‘lower’ than Chelsea were offering

Well that title makes no sense at all does it? Especially when we were being told that Sevilla wanted a bidding war for Jules Kounde and that’s what the hold up was.

Nope, it seems that either Chelsea just point blankly pulled the plug on the deal for whatever reason, or Sevilla want to do their Spanish rivals a massive favour and sell them their best player who they would have got more money for if they sold him to a different league.

Sources: Updates on SIX attackers Thomas Tuchel is looking to sign this window.

Makes zero sense at all, but I am not surprised with this weird transfer saga, and I am not surprised that a deal that involves Barcelona seems weird and fishy right now, since they don’t have any money to make signings yet they still keep finding money from money tress (I think they technically call them levers). Something doesn’t feel right about this at all. But thankfully now, it’s no longer Chelsea’s issue as they pull from the deal.
