Today though, Deco, who is the agent of Raphinha, was spotted leaving the Barcelona offices fueling a Chelsea Twitter meltdown frenzy as per usual.

However, it could just be that he was attending the offices for the birthday of president Joan Laporta. Or maybe he was just there, because he works for the club!
