As far as transfer sagas go, this one is up there with one of the most drawn out one of the bunch, and of course it involves Chelsea.
Right now, Barcelona appear to be in the way of many transfer deals involving Chelsea even though they are a club battling mass debt right now, oddly enough. But the papers and sources continue to link them with big money signings this summer, again, oddly enough.

One player they have continued to be linked with is Jules Kounde from Sevilla, who of course, has largely been expected to be one of Chelsea’s new signings this summer after pursuing him for a year now.
Spanish outlet AS, as cited by The Sun, have the latest on this one, and it’s very positive for Chelsea. They say that Kounde is currently on holiday after reaching an agreement with Chelsea and claim that he is very close to joining the Blues.
The report details that “all roads” lead the centre-back to Stamford Bridge this summer.
