(Video): Antonio Rudiger gets standing ovation from Stamford Bridge as defender plays last minutes in Blue

Today marks Antonio Rudiger’s last game for Chelsea, and Thomas Tuchel decided to take him off so that he could get some appreciation from the crowd at Stamford Bridge.

The defender was replaced by Ross Barkley and got a big ovation from the crowd. He then went down the line of coaches and players of the Chelsea bench and gave them each a handshake as they too showed their appreciation for his hard work and his achievements in his 5 seasons at the club.

Thank you Toni! We hope you’ll be back…
