Chelsea have been extremely dangerous from set pieces in the last couple of seasons, and a lot of credit has gone to Anthony Barry, the coach brought in to specialise in that area.
Last night’s game was won from a corner, and while it’s clear that the organisation is playing a big part, credit also has to go to Mason Mount, who bent in a perfect corner that tempted Gollini off his line, but still found Antonio Rudiger’s head.
Mount, along with Hakim Ziyech and Reece James, have really improved Chelsea’s chances from those opportunities – long may it continue!
