The Antonio Rudiger contract situation is as ever, going very much up and down.
Reports recently were pretty adamant that the German international will be leaving Chelsea at the end of the season when his current contract runs out.

However, news yesterday on this situation was a lot more positive. Christian Falk of BILD put out a report suggesting that recent talks were a lot more positive and there is now some hope that he will be staying at Stamford Bridge beyond this summer.

Rudiger himself is really enjoying his time at the club right now, even going as far as describing it as the best time of his career so far.
So all the signs are turning very positive now on this situation and Tuchel, the club, and the fans will be hoping we get some conclusions on this story soon because it has been frustrating for all involved.
“I am enjoying it,” Rudiger told Sky Sports after our win over Spurs last night.
“I think you have to see it about chapters, and I have enjoyed this chapter, I have enjoyed it so far. It is the best time of my career.”
I will love to see him at Chelsea next season
