Thomas Tuchel has just been interviewed by BT Sport after his team’s defeat to West Ham.
The Chelsea coach admitted that his team had been beaten by “individual mistakes”, despite an “OK” performance overall.
Asked whether it was Edouard Mendy’s fault for not booting the ball away, Tuchel said he should have done – but also then pointed to the terrible back pass that put the keeper in that position.
It’s been a common theme in recent weeks, and if we don’t sort it out now, it will be game over in our race for the title.
