Here we go already, the transfer rumours linking a host of big name players to Newcastle United has already started, and the new owners have yet to even be there for a week yet!
As is inevitable though, Chelsea players are also being linked as potential options for Newcastle in January, and again in the summer.
The new owners are interested in signing striker Timo Werner from Chelsea, as reported by BILD writer Christian Falk earlier today.

He shares the same agent as Fabian Schar, so they are already in contact with Newcastle allegedly..

Meanwhile, 90min report that Newcastle have two more Chelsea players on their wish list for as early as this January. That is midfielders Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Barkley I can certainly see having some legs to it, but Loftus-Cheek is playing well and is liked by Thomas Tuchel so that one I can’t see at this moment in time.
