Thiago Silva was absolutely brilliant for Chelsea against Tottenham today, in every area of the game.
As you can see in the compilation below, he mopped up defensively, played brilliant rapid passes into midfield, and even got on the end of a corner to score. A great Hugo Lloris save was all that stopped him having a second.
It was a brilliant showing, one that bears rewatching without doubt.
What is ridiculous is that the compilation is three and a quarter minutes long. That’s a crazy amount of good stuff for a defender in just one game.
