Jadon Sancho got a lot of attention this summer after finally completing his long awaited Premier League move to Manchester United. But one Chelsea fan calling in to TalkSport insisted that he would rather have free youth product Mason Mount in his team.
He outlined his reasons pretty eloquently, and it’s just another reminder of how blessed we are to have an academy that produces such brilliant talents and means we don’t have to buy every last one of them.
We will see where we are at the end of the season, but given Mason has already had a couple of incredible seasons in a row, Sancho has some serious catching up to do.
