The Jules Kounde transfer saga is a relatively new one as it stands, but that doesn’t mean it is and will not get any less complicated than most of our typical transfer deals.
It looks like Chelsea are very determined to get this one done though, and even Sevilla have accepted that it is going to happen, according to a report from El Desmarque yesterday.
Kounde didn’t feature for them in another match yesterday, and as the report states, he wasn’t even dressed ready to play as he watched from the side-lines, and this is because Sevilla do not want to risk an injury scampering the transfer move to Chelsea.
They say that Chelsea wanted to include Kurt Zouma in the deal, but as it stands, it doesn’t look like he wants to go to Spain and would prefer a move elsewhere.
But as per the report, this will not stop Chelsea moving for Kounde, and they are prepared to pay ‘hard cash’ to sign him this summer.
