Chelsea have really turned up in this transfer window over the last week or so and they look close to sealing at least two new transfers.

However, according to a report from Spanish sources via Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, The Blues have made a contract offer for Barcelona midfielder, Ilax Moriba.

The source states that Barcelona will listen to offers for the 18-year old from next week as they have at the moment been unable to sort a new contract extension for him to stay in Spain.
So Chelsea are one of the teams looking to pound and by offering him a lucrative contract, believe they are confident in signing him up.
