West Ham ‘will have to have a serious think’ about Declan Rice offers over £60m

West Ham midfielder Declan Rice has already rejected two new contract offers from his club, and he will reject a third as well, according to reliable reports.

The Telegraph’s Matt Law was on The London is Blue Podcast yesterday and of course the situation of Rice was addressed once more.

Chelsea have a keen interest on signing the England international this transfer window, as they have had in the past two windows.

Could they finally be about to make an offer for him though? Well if they are, they might be able to land him for cheaper than the reported £100m that West Ham were demanding, due to the clubs current financial position.

Law believes that The Hammers would have to seriously think about any offers that come in for Rice that are £60m or over, especially due to the fact that Rice himself has asked to be made aware of any offers that arrive for him this window.
