Maybe, according to transfer insider Dean Jones, who was speaking on The Terrace YouTube account just today.
Jones was facing questions about Rice, particularly Manchester United’s reported interest.
But as you will see on the video below, it is actually Chelsea that Jones believes to be Rice’s most likely destination this summer, and also confirms that he is told Rice is open to leaving West Ham now.
