Chelsea appear to be progressing in their attempt to sign Inter Milan wing back, Achraf Hakimi.
Yesterday I actually got some information that a deal was getting closer to sign Hakimi, which I posted via my own website Si & Dan Talk Chelsea. You’d have had that news first if you are subbing to the site, and if you aren’t, get subbing!
Since then, multiple top Italian sources have backed up this news, suggesting a deal could be nearing a conclusion and Chelsea have pushed well ahead of PSG to land the wide man.
Gianluca Di Marzio is perhaps the most high profile source reporting it over night..
He says things are ‘warming up’ in the deal, and Inter Milan could take Marcos Alonso as part of the deal. Also confirms further positive talks happened yesterday.

Another reliable reporter Angelo Mangiante has confirmed this today. He reiterates Chelsea being favourites, Alonso’s potential involvement, and Chelsea being ahead of PSG.

And a couple more good Italian sources reporting similar…
💣🚨 Decisive push of #Chelsea for Achraf #Hakimi. The 🇲🇦 is really one step away from leaving #Inter and arriving in #London at #Tuchel's court. Overall transaction of approximately € 65/70 mln being finalized. #Calciomercato #Transfers
