Ahead of the massive game on Sunday, Tuchel was asked a great question right at the end about Chelsea’s academy, and the players it has, and still is producing on a regular basis.

Tuchel knows the importance of the youth setup at the club, and players like Mason Mount and Reece James are now massive players for him in his senior squad.

But there are other players coming through the ranks, and there was praise from Tuchel for both Faustino Anjorin and Tino Livramento, who have both been training with the first team squad regularly this season.

Tuchel said:

“I love the academy boys. We have Anjorin and Livramento regularly joining training. The academy has outstanding quality. Every club who has young guys constantly coming in making it, it creates a bond in the club and supporters.”
