The heat is simmering up in the potential return of Romelu Lukaku back to Chelsea this morning, after rumours that Antonio Conte could depart Inter Milan within 48 hours.
Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that Conte could be set to leave, after Inter Milan might have to cut wages and sell players and are struggling financially.
