Thomas Tuchel deserves huge credit for the work he’s done as Chelsea boss since arriving in a sticky situation less than two months ago.
Last night’s win over Liverpool capped off a superb run of results, but Tuchel wouldn’t take any credit himself, instead choosing to praise the “amazing energy and attitude” of this group of players, insisting they are “a pleasure to coach.”
A modest response from a manager who is doing brilliant work with that group, and looks to only just be getting started.
