Chelsea have made hard work of this game, one which they should have put away long ago.
Timo Werner was at fault a couple of times for not punishing Newcastle, but he made up for it by playing the key role in this counter attack.
He surged forward from keep, carrying the ball and dragging Magpie defenders to him.
That left Tammy Abraham free on the far side, and Werner slipped the ball perfectly to him. The big number 9 made no mistake, blasting the ball home off the near post. That should be game over.
