There are just some transfer stories that will always pop up window after window without a doubt.
One of those is N’Golo Kante’s Chelsea future, there always seems to be doubts and rumours linking Kante to a move away from Stamford Bridge regardless.
Perhaps a lot of the reports stem from the fact he has almost reached the age of 30 now and has struggled a lot more with injuries over recent years, meaning this could be the last chance that Chelsea have to make some proper money if they wished to sell him.
But they don’t, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Romano spoke on his Here We Go Podcast today and explained that Lampard had a talk with Kante about his future last week.
As per Romano, Lampard told Kante he is is still an important part of his plans and he does not want to sell him.
