It was very much the Chelsea show for Germany last night in the Nations League.
Antonio Rudiger, Timo Werner, and Kai Havertz all started the game for the Germans, and the latter pair were two of their star men.
The result wasn’t the best for them only managing a 3-3 draw with Switzerland, and Rudiger was not great. But Havertz and Werner were both on fire and also both got an assist and a goal each.
Here is Werner’s goal below after great work from Havertz to win the ball back and set him up. Werner then managed to fend off 3 Switzerland defenders to get his shot away in to the corner of the net.
Timo Werner 🔥
Germany needed that – the Chelsea man gets them back in it!
