Chelsea made a splash like never before in the transfer window this summer, swooping for numerous big names and setting the bar for the rest of the Premier League.
On Chelsea TV, they rather smugly debated who our best signing from a special summer was.
There’s plenty of push for the big names and the big fees, but often by the end of the season it’s the lesser lights who are shining brightest. It’s probably a better idea to wait until Christmas at least before we make any big calls like this.
