Edouard Mendy has signed for Chelsea at last, leading to serious question marks about who will play in goal this weekend.
Will he be ready, after just a few days, to start in nets for Frank Lampard’s team? The ESPN panel think so. They reckon the latest Blue will slot right into Frank Lampard’s lineup to face West Brom.
We’re not so sure. There will be communication issues with the defence if he plays too soon, and with Willy in good form last night there’s no need to rush things. We can survive one more weekend.
