But as per reliable insider ExWHUemployee the source with proven links to Chelsea and the one who first reported Chelsea’s interest in Mendy, the 28-year old will finish his medical in Italy today.
Many asking about quarantine. It looks like if he's been in Italy like @ExWHUemployee believes, then no he will not have to quarantine when he gets to the UK. As we know this situation is so confusing so don't take this as gospel.

One would assume that Mendy has been over in Italy as to avoid the 14 day quarantine in the UK when he arrives.
As I understand, Mendy had already completed parts of his Chelsea medical sometime recently, so there won’t be a lot more to tie up now.
