Rice played in centre midfield alongside Mason Mount for England last night, and this could be something Chelsea fans could soon grow used to seeing in Chelsea blue.
Mangiante believes that once Chelsea have sealed the deal to sign Rennes goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, “Declan Rice will be the last target” for Chelsea.

Rice appears to be another important target that Frank Lampard wants to secure before the end of the transfer window, despite having already confirmed the arrival of a number of top class players.
It is unclear whether West Ham are likely to fold to Chelsea’s pursuit of Rice, but it does have a real feel of a deal that can certainly be done before the window closes.
